S2 E5: To Eat Or Not To Eat: Intuitive Eating, Part I

October 11, 2019

Heidi and Shar discuss the principles from a book called Intuitive Eating. This book is authored by two dieticians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, who encourage us to leave diets behind and embrace a healthy relationship with food. This is not about weight loss. This is not about restricting calories. This is not about eating some foods and leaving others behind. It IS about self-acceptance, fighting against diet culture and actually enjoying food you eat. (Cue Gasp!) YOU. DO. YOU.
